Viviana Harrington is currently the Managing Partner of Harrington Forero S.A.S. and serves as Vice President, Corporate and Compliance Counsel at Aptive Environmental, LLC. She has extensive experience leading legal and regulatory functions in highly regulated industries. Her previous roles include serving as Chief Legal Officer at Ambia Energy, LLC, Senior Counsel for Compliance and Regulatory at Sunnova Energy International, and Assistant General Counsel, Compliance Auditor and Licensing Manager at Vivint, Inc. Earlier in her career, she held legal positions with Barcardi, USA in Miami, FL, and at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, DIAN (Colombia’s national tax authority), the Administrative Law Appellate Court, and Propal S.A (n.k.a. Carvajal S.A) in Colombia.

Ms. Harrington earned her J.D. from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia and holds an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Miami School of Law. She also received an MBA from Webster University George Herbert Walker School of Business & Technology. She is licensed to practice law in both Colombia and the United States, and her practice has focused on regulatory compliance, licensing, consumer protection, and corporate governance in both domestic and international contexts.
